You are Right! But I put my two cents in anyway, it's not the music that made 60's on 6 great, it was the talent. If I want just the music, there are 100's of great oldies stations on the internet, that can be easily recorded for mobile listening, and won't cost me $30 a month.E-mails, petitions, phone calls... none of it will work. Why? Because Mel's going to do what Mel's going to do.

It may or may not have the personality we XM listeners are used to, but it will have the music. I have both XM and Sirius (came with the new car), and the music is the same, and so are the commercials. (I know, you're thinking, "What commercials?" Think about it harder.) Isn't that why we bought satellite radios in the first place?
AZJoe said:I agree XM 60s on 6 is better than Sirius 60s Vibrations (for depth and I'm a Phlash fan), but to say XM has way more subscribers is just not a fact. The split is about 51-49 in XM's favor, and for 3 years Sirius has been rapidly out pacing XM growth.

Yeah - that's what frustrates me about this Sirius takeover so much. We're directly paying for the service, we deserve a better product in every way from regular "cut costs to the bone" free terrestrial radio.
