610 WTVN aired Earle Bruce Memorial LIVE

610 WTVN was airing the coach Earle Bruce memorial live at 11 AM from St. John Arena on the Ohio State campus. It was surprising to hear WTVN live & local at 11 AM. I couldn't find any other stations broadcasting the memorial. Not 97.1 The Fan, not 105.7 The Zone. Did WTVN air this because Earle was a personality on the station for years?
 
I am shocked The Fan didn't air it. Cannot imagine a reason why considering they have been OSU's flagship station for decades.
And yes, a simulcast on 105.7 would have been natural considering 610 has pushed all of their OSU coverage to The Zone.
