620 AM is IBOC HD?

I'm hearing that gawd awful buzzsaw on either side of 620. Now that they have new towers and probably a new transmitter did they turn on the IBOC HD hash generator too? I can no longer hear WIOD out of Miami here in Sarasota because of that noise
 
It appears that all of the Tampa CC stations AM & FM are now HD. I can hear 620, 970 & 1250 in HD now on AM.

I can now hear 620, 820, 970, 1250, 88.5, 89.7, 93.3, 94.1, 94.9, 95.7, 97.1, 97.9, 99.5, 100.7, 101.5, 102.5, 103.5, 104.7, 105.5 & 107.3 in HD. All of the CBS and Cox stations are also running HD2.
