When 107.1 gets in market with a signal similar to the old 106.7 (pre Fish stick), somebody will get "bumped". You actually have a radio "War". 94.9 verses 101.5 in country. CC most likely will have to do something to get 105.7 on a better signal.
The new 107.1 signal will not be quite as good over Atlanta as the former 106.7 signal. 107.1 will put a 60dbu signal into about half the market. The former 106.7 signal threw 60dbu into just about the entire market.
I stand corrected. I was was using Taylorengineer's link that shows 54 DB in most of the market instead of 60DB (Last page of report):

What has happened to the highest part of the FM spectrum 106.7, 107.1, 107.5 and 107.9 proves that Atlanta could and should have at least 32 significant (54 or 60 DB covering at least 75% of the market) without a lot of interference FM signals. Unfortunately this will never happen due to the way the original FM allocations were set up based on old FM receiver technology and Atlanta's population in the 1950s and 1960s.
