6abc changes tommorow (9-12)?

I have just about everyone from ch6 as friend on facebook, and it sure has paid off recently with constant pics of the new building, and new stiudio teases.

Anyway, this could be nothing, but Erica Grow posted on her wall tonight

"trust me... you DEFINITELY want to watch Action News at 11 tonight and tomorrow night! Big changes from one night to the next..."

Obviously its not the new building. Its already been reported that Sept 20th is the first broadcast date for that, and even if that got moved up, I would think they would promote the move.

My guess is, its the new graphics, since the master control room any everything moved over this past week, and ch6 is known for doing these changes during the weekend.

Or maybe its just to annouce someone is havning a baby.
 
It was the new studio, at least as of this a.m. Plus from at least the final weather brief at 7:55, the longstanding 5-day forecast graphic was a seven day forecast (as opposed to five days plus the occassional "beyond the five day").

The station started broadcasting from its new studios yesterday. First action news broadcast from the new studio took place last night at 11:46 PM.
 
Well this certainly was a big change. I'm very surprised they didn't promote it at all. I remember when cbs3 changed, all they did for the month leading upto the move was promote it. Then again, they also were going HD with the move.

Anyway, studio looks nice. I had a feeling the glass skyline might show up, because I noticed it missing last week. For those that were hopeful to see all of Cecily Tynan, looks your gonna have to wait. I'm kinda disappointed about that, as they have the same tight shot they did in the old building. Before they had too, because things were tight, but now they could at least do the same shot position cbs3 does during weather reports. I also hate the new outdoor weather spot. Its boring, and too quite.

Would also been nice if they had given the old building a little sendoff. Alot of things happened in that place, including John Lennon at the newsdesk one time, but also before 1996 when Disney ruined it, alot of great shows

Actually, they used it during the GMA cut ins Saturday I hear. I was going to post that yesterday, and revise what I think the big change was gonna be, but this board was down all day yesterday.
