I can not see this slot being occupied by Couzin Ed much longer
I would think that Infinity is looking for on air talk talent to fill this position and finally put an end to toying with rock music.
Did anyone catch Ed's program last night?. Was it music driven?
 
I wouldn't be surprised whatever Infinity decided to do. Cousin Ed's show was still music driven but he seemed to be doing more talking between records, the same for Matt and Huggy. It might be interesting to see what these jocks can really do in between records.
 
I did catch the Matt and Huggy show, it was music driven, just like their former show. These guys are really good and know the music, they did sound a bit upset about the change and hinted that they will be around, "FOR THE TIME BEING" how long is anyones guess, but it sounded like they know the handwriting on the wall. If you listen to their show, it will give you an idea of how a station should sound music and bit wise. This would be a good base for a new Active Rocker, their Schtick and music all the time. YSP lost many listeners during the daypart that will never tune back in, but I guess they really don't care.
