720 Off Air ??

Hi, first post. Been in Las Vegas about a month. Listening around to stations and today I noticed 720 off the air for a bit this afternoon. Is this normal for Las Vegas. 96.3 sounds poor in places, 94.5 ok. What is the deal ??? What should I expect?
 
720 has been hit twice this year with power issues, all originating from NV Energy, other than that it is a strong clean AM signal, which makes it into CA, UT, AZ, NM. 96.3 has always sounded great, I am sure once Beasley moves to their new building they will fix some aging back up power supplies. 94.5 is a very weak signal and is only heard in certain parts of the valley.
