730 in Charleston, WLTQ, has signed back on the air, with a black gospel format. It signed on in the last couple of days, and is owned, I believe, by the people that first had 94.3 when it was a nostalgia format.
WZJY 1480, since they have switched to a Spanish format, has dropped their last sports talk show, "The House Divided" with Mike Mizell. The show was simulcast on WAZS 980, and was on for several months. However, the show will come back on the air next Saturday morning, from 9-11am, on WQNT 1450, which has developed a nice niche as a regional sports talk station (Dan Scott middays, Mark Packer and the Packman afternoons, and lots of local sports).
