740

740 must have the worst 50K signal in the country. 1080,1270,950, even 1190 have better reach than 740 to the north. you cannot recieve them much past the $2 toll booth on the turnpike during they day and they do not even cover the entire metro at night. I guess it along with 540 have the best signal for the fish out in the Atlantic. I bet they are stronger in Bermuda than 25 miles north of Orlando. What a waste.
 
This was brought up in a thread about 2 months ago, maybe in DX & Reception. We had one of our members on a cruise ship going *east* of Bermuda, and he heard both the 540 AND the 740 well out there. I'd think that WOKV 690 Jax has the same fate.

If he reads this, he can re-chime in.... :)

At least WOKV can be received from Morehead City to Ft Pierce along the cost during the day and at least 100 miles inland around their transmitter.
