Actor Stephen Collins, who starred in the old TV show 7th Heaven, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and recently in NBC's Revolution, was accused by his wife of "living a secret life", in which he molested young girls.

Reruns of 7th Heaven have been pulled from UP TV following reports that its star Stephen Collins is being investigated for child molestation.

"As a top family-friendly network, we are deeply concerned for the families that are potentially affected by these disturbing allegations surrounding actor Stephen Collins," the network's president & CEO Charley Humbard tells Us Weekly in a statement. "7th Heaven has been a beloved family show and a fan-favorite on our network. We have made the decision to remove the series from our schedule effective at 5 p.m. ET today."

So what does that have to do with Collins??? Robert Reed was gay, not a self professed child molester...(in fact, the kids on Brady Bunch said he was a "father" figure to them on the set and never was in any way inappropriate)
 
His name is Stephen Collins. Would it kill anyone to put his name in the damn thread title, so we know who it's about?
 
So much for innocent until proven guilty.
Pulling his old shows is not a guilt vs. innocence thing.

Hertz dropped O.J. Simpson after the murder charges.
Pepsi "canned" Michael Jackson after the child molestation charges.
Most, if not all, of Paula Deen's sponsors dropped her, and she was never charged with anything that I was aware of.

And Jackson, Simpson, and Deen did not get their endorsement deals back after clearing their names.

And of course, some sponsorships ended simply because they had run their course, and were simply not renewed.
