800 WPLK Palatka, FL loses George Duck

I don't have all the details in front of me, but a prominent Palatka broadcaster, George Duck, passed away from cancer a few days ago. He was a big part of WPLK 800 Palatka, FL. They said in the local obit that he was much earlier involved in a radio station in Fernandina Beach some time ago; had to have been 1570 AM.
