80's on 8

Does anyone working for Sirius XM actually listen to 80's on 8?

I guess the music is OK with me, but everything else has become so frustrating to hear that it warranted a venting post. :D

The jocks are regularly drowned out when talking up the post. (Likely a 10 second fix if someone bothered to step into the studio...?)

Nobody does vacation or sick relief, yet there are sweepers pointing out that a jock is absent?

The imaging--or more accurately "the stuff that kills the music flow DEAD"--is ridiculously repetitive. Hearing about parachute pants and the goo inside Stretch Armstrong almost every time I tune in is "so dry."

And the latest batch of "lost 80's hit" intros are easily among the absolute worst, most annoying things ever broadcast. Just play the song!

Whew. I feel better now...until I tune in again.

It's referred as the Big 80's on 8, so one knows right off it's not the old XM 80's on 8...

I'd just like a few DJ's, doesn't have to be the old MTV VJ's either, but DJ's who are knowledgable about the era of music. They could talk a bit about said song being played, and keep the nostalgic chatter to a minimum. That's it. But I guess most like tight 400 hit playlist and endless chatter.
