830 WFNO

SW Ohio

830/WFNO Norco (New Orleans) LA. Spanish hits format. AM logbook says they I.D. as La Fabulosa, but their website, laraza830.com, says La Raza.

I've heard spanish on 830 for a few nights now, but time hasn't permitted me to actually I.D.this one. In the couple of minutes I did listen, I believe I heard a mention of Louisiana.

If they are on day pattern with 5 kw day power being used, a broad swatch of the midwest, northwest and west should be able to hear it.

They have a web stream and identify as La Raza. If you start listening to the web stream near the top of the hour you may be able to hear an ID with call letters.

I was in southern IN before 6AM local time & the Spanish station was blasting in...tuned in at 5:59AM & of course, it was all WCCO. At least WHAS didn't have their hissy fit machine on. Also noted that KOA was quite potent near Louisville with no trace of anything else on 850 at that time.
