No, they are actually in Tampa:
5211 W. Laurel St. Tampa, FL 33607
which is located in the area between Westshore and Memorial and south of Cypress and north of 275.

You can see the "5211" in the picture of the outside of the building. The mic flags also indicate that at least some of the photos are of WTBN 570/910 studios. I believe all 4 Salem stations are being run from this address.

I checked my info, and WLSS's studio is at 1 Progress Place, St. Petersburg. I assume they are putting all the stations together at some point....

Dunno which of you is correct, however, in an email dated Aug 30, 2005, Chris Gould wrote:

I would like to invite you up to our studios here in Tampa for a tour and some conversation. Please let me know when you’ll be visiting Tampa and I will work around your schedule.
Thanks again for the coverage.
Sincerely,
Chris
Christopher Gould
General Manager
Salem Media of Tampa
5211 W. Laurel Street Tampa, FL 33607"

In our past conversations he had mentioned that WLSS was running out of the brand new building in--I believe--Tampa....thus, the invite.
...But I've been wrong before! :)
cheers,
dzig

I'm not sure, but I think I remember the rules require a main studio presence within the following, and Tampa is too far away. The St. Pete Location is just across the Skyway and probably just squeeks in legally:

The rules say you have to maintain a main studio, full time staff, and a
person with substantial administrative presence within the:

1. City of license, or
2. The 60 dbu contour, or
3. Within 25 mile radius of the city of license.

The public file must be up to date and available for inspection by the
public at the main studio location during business hours. There must be a
telephone number which can be reach by anyone in the city of license without
incurring long distance charges, (It does not have to ring at the main
studio, it just has to be free to any one in the city of license.)

The full time staff can be one employee and a part-timer.
The substantial administrative presents means someone in management that
actually has some say so over day to day operations and programming of the
station.
The studio must be capable of originating broadcasts...it doesn't have to
unless an inspector wants to see...but it must be capable over-riding
programming provided by any other source and going on the air.
