87.7 Frankin NY NJ

Frankin 87.75 FM, just outside the FM broadcast band heard CNJ today while driving. I tune this from time to time. I do not recall hearing a broadcast there recently. I believe this is part of TV6 signal in Queens NY. It was paired w 1660 AM. There was a big delay between the two. I see it here on spectrum display, just above the DTV TV signal below it. The 82.310 DTV pilot is way stronger. I suspect part of the ATSC 3.0 conversion makes this possible. Just a bit different.
