87.7 The Pig has apparently gone to Christmas music

No telling with Flinn. The Pig'll get recycled on another Flinn station if its not brought back to that LPTV station.

Although I can't get WRVR over here in SE Ark because of a local (KTRN in the Pine Bluff area), what was Flinn thinking when the 24/7 Christmas music got greenlighted? WRVR actually has a signal and those looking for that are going to go there, and not to some jackleg LPTV analog TV station who's audio carrier just happens to be at the bottom of the dial on car radios.

I believe the thinking behind this move is that the first station to flip to Christmas gets all the listeners, and any station that follows after that doesn't do nearly as well.

At least, that seems to be the thoughts on some radio piece I read the other day.

It might work when it's one full power AC versus another, but for an LPTV to get the jump? I doubt anyone will notice, except the angry Pig fans (if there even are any).
