87.75 LPTV Aural ERP

There seems to be disagreement as to what the allowed aural ERP for Channel 6 Analog LPTVs is. It was usually 20% of the visual in the old analog days. Anybody know what they are running?

Some are saying some use 100% of the visual power. But they are still 25 kHz deviation, so the modulation is effectively low compared to FM.

Anybody know for sure?
 
I personally don't, but it seems to me that my local 87.75 might be running 80% aural.
