I think the myriad of technical issues need to be worked out first. If you heard the last incarnation of WPEB, they had a lot of technical issues. That is the latest information I have. Do you live in Philadelphia? Were you part of this station at one time?
 
I used to live in Moorestown, NJ across the river MANY years ago. I live in North Dakota now and NO, i was never a part of WPEB. I'm just a concerned listener who knows a former DJ.
