88.3 Pirate in Hartford

I wish I had noticed this post before I went out to Middlefield this morning to do a bandscan, I might have run out to Hartford just to do another one as I'm curious about the status of 101.5 as I never get them when I'm out in New Britain. I arrived at Guida's in Middlefield at 10AM and first did an AM scan, which revealed nothing significant, though a couple of notes:

1. WOR, WCBS & WELI's HD "noise" was audible +/- one channel and WTIC was audible +/- 2 channels. I expected this with WTIC but didn't think the others would be there
2. I brought my Insignia portable HD radio with me, and found between that and my car stereo there were occasions when I actually got 2 different stations even though I wasn't doing anything with the headphone wire to cause it to pick up directionally (and when I did, it didn't change anyway).
- I got WALK on the car but W248AB on the HD radio
- on 105.5 I got WQGN on the car but WVEI on the HD
- on 107.3 the car got what I guess is WNLN and the HD picked up the signal leak from the local CATV (hehe)

I've heard about 88.3 in Hartford for a while now but have yet to actually pull it in. I know back in the summer, around the Convention Center area, I was getting some kind of TV audio that seemed to not be related to local cable on 87.9 (not 87.7 as it should have been if it were cable) which had animal planet with local spots (obviously Comcast's spots in origin). I suspect someone had it relayed there for whatever reason.

Is anyone else hearing a Spanish language pirate on 88.3 Mhz in the Hartford area?

I've heard this one before. They're occasional at best, but they have been on before.

The strongest I've picked them up was on 84 actually in the city.
