Short answer: no.
Longer answer: The 98.9A allocation would never have been placed in Adams if it hadn't been fully-spaced to everything around it, including WORC-FM and the (somewhat closer) new WGNY-FM Rosendale NY. And WORC-FM is significantly terrain-blocked to the west by the Berkshires, anyway; it's not at all listenable (even deep fringe) anywhere I've ever tried in Berkshire County.
