89.7 and 93.7

89.7 is currently off-air, ever since last night or this morning. Meanwhile it's translator on 93.7 is just broadcasting silence with a ticking noise and a loud hum.
Is 93.7 still a Guel translator?
 
I doubt 93-7 will ever turn into a legit station the way it's going. The hum is still there and the audio is toggling on and off. They either don't know what they're doing or don't care. LOL
I wonder if they ever got permission from KJMA 89-7 to carry their programming. I heard KJMA had no idea.
