89.9 around west Raleigh

In the Rex Hospital parking lot a few weeks ago, I picked up a signal at 89.9 playing oldies/classic hits, but no IDs, imaging, or commercials/PSAs. The only thing in between any of the music was an occasional computerized voice giving the time. I've also heard it around I-540/Leesville as well, but weaker.
