Where is Hondo Tx? I heard Radio Poderosa was know transmiting on 89.9 FM hondo tx!!What are the call signs??

Hondo is West of San Antonio on US 90 about 40 miles away. There is a construction permit for a 100 watt non comm there in Hondo on 89.9. According to the FCC there isn't any call letters assigned to the permit yet. It's owned by some group called Misioneros Cristianos En Accion.

Radio Poderosa...aren't they the ones LMA'ing 1500 AM in Boerne, TX and Channel 6 aka 87.7 FM in San Antonio from Jerry Benavides?
