They do seem to be running a bit hot, but I don't hear them bleeding on any other channel's. Do you note the problem on multiple radios? Are you in south Sacramento close to the daytime tower?
Your first course of action would be to contact the station and ask them about the interference. KMJE is owned by Lotus Communications, the contact info bellow I found on their website.
