9/11 documentary delayed in the Quad Cities

On Sunday (9/10/2006), WHBF-TV decided to delay airing the CBS presentation of a 9/11 documentary 'til after the local news--apparently to avoid fines from the FCC, since rules are relaxed after 10 P.M.. Did any other CBS stations do the same thing Channel 4 did?
 
There were a handful who delayed it...there is more on the "National TV" board at the bottom of radio-info.com. I think Charlotte's CBS affil did delay.
