9 kHz AM Frequency of the Week - 1323 kHz

From Perth, Australia it's Cruise 1323 from Adelaide usually on top. I often hear something in Chinese in the mix. There are several high powered Chinese on the frequency, but mostly foreign service stations in other languages. I suspect it's the 400 watt station in Canberra (the Australian capital, about 2000 miles east of here) that is listed as relaying CRI on occasion.
