9 kHz AM Frequency of the Week - 1413 kHz

In Kandahar, Afghanistan 1413 is AM pushbutton number 1.
BBC from Oman. 800 KW, DA @765 miles. In the summer, good for 90 minutes after local sunrise. That's an hour after sunrise at the XMTR. At night a local like signal with no fading. IRIB, Iran, 10KW@ 710 miles can be heard at night in the BBC null, but why would you?

Sometimes off-frequency reception of KBNP, if I'm lucky enough (it's a pretty weak station up here even during skip time.)

Perth Australia - I've not heard anything on this frequency since I got here in January except slop from the semi-local horse racing station on 1404. Nothing at all during the day, at night nothing comes up out of the mush. Oman would be nice, but I believe they're directional away from me.
