Atlanta has fallen from #7 to #9 in Arbitron, with a loss of 186.800.

That is only a few hundred shy of the entire Laredo TX market! I knew things were bad locally, but that man that is a lot folks. I wonder if this will be an excuse to "trim" anybody pay. "Your still #1 in your time slot but now Atlanta is only #9 so here is your "new" contract!!"
 
I know this might give CBS reason to trim a couple of salaries @ V-103, and possibly do the musical chairs of moving the urban/rhythmic division flagship status back to WPGC in Washington, DC. However, I'm not going to say it will or won't happen but I know they are paying attention to which market is considered the largest.
 
It also has to do with the massive population influx into DC.
