90.5 San Antonio - what's the originating station?

FCC's information as well as Radio Locator show this station is rebroadcasting 90.9 BBN...

However I can verify that, as I listen on a radio, the translator is not rebroadcasting 90.9. KYFS 90.9 is English programming while K213FJ 90.5 is Spanish programming.
I can update next time I hear the translator give an ID on-air announcing it's call letters and see if it says KYFS or not.
 
They're not giving legal ID messages out at the top of the hour.
I just listened for a few minutes, no ID message. I cannot find any other station in the area this can be retransmitting.

Pirate hiding out as a translator?
