90.5 WSMA Scituate (Plymouth) on the air

I just noticed that 90.5 WSMA is now on the air, with religious music. It's licensed to Scituate, but their transmitter is actually in Plymouth. They just made it on before their CP would've expired on April 1st. Most of their power is vertical, so they're going for the listeners in cars.

They must still be testing, because now it's off the air.

If they're not on by Monday, do they automatically lose their CP?

How does that work?
