Does anyone know the address of 90.5 WSMA Studios and Offices? went to radio locator and it said Braintree, I heard they are in Scituate.
 
The main studio was/is in Braintree (400A FRANKLIN, 2ND FLOOR BRAINTREE, MA 02183 (781) 848-0500). Their City of License is Scituate. Their actual transmitter/tower is off of Rt.3A about 1.5 miles NW of Manomet (near Plymouth).

Main studio rules allow the studio to be up to 25 miles from the center of the City of License (usually defined as the US Post Office in the COL) and Braintree studio does, just barely, fit the bill.

I've been to the Braintree studios right after WSMA signed on, several years ago. However, they might not be there anymore. WSMA applied for and got a main studio waiver back in late 2008/early 2009. So the Franklin St studios might be gone by now; replaced by a satellite downlink at the Manomet facility, presumably.
 
When I visited WSMA's transmitter in May of 2009, they were being fed using a telco line. There was no local downlink. Of course that could've changed since then.

In their online filing in 2009 to modify their transmitting antenna, they stated they had a local studio.

i pray that they are in violation somehow. teehee. but i didnt know about the main studio waiver. so they are probably here forever. sigh.
