90.7FM in the East Valley

Steve Grosz here, back in June Bruce Kelly posted about the school I am teaching Radio at getting it's construction permit, of course some one filed a Petition to Deny, The Black Entrepreneurs Association with help from Former Phoenix Radio GM Art Mobley.
After a few months of legal fees and a little more patience after waiting for 11 years from my initial application, BEA's Petition was thrown out and EVIT is now in construction. So if you live in the East Valley, Tune in starting January 29th, 2011 for a fun station.
We will be playing a great variety of music, Have a focus on local music (good local music), and be at many East Valley Events.
We're a station that will operate with High School and College Kids and I think you'll be surprised at how good some of them are.
We have 2000 watts at 1800+ feet, so we should be pretty clear in the East Valley, and you can also stream us on evit.com.
We'll be looking for an OM in the near future as well, in case anyone out there might be interested. [email protected]

"The Goldmine"? YIKES!

Outstanding Steve! Will be tuning in. If you need any volunteers at the station, I'm available... even though I'm WAY past HS and college age!!
