Why did sirius get rid of the 90's channel? And why dont they bring it back? That was the main reason I stayed with XM, we have the mix which is like the pulse and additionally we have the 90's channel.

um The Pulse is 90's music

The Pulse is terrible.

Who wants to hear the garbage of today. I put on The Pulse and I heard a good 90's songs then I hear "Black Eye Peas - My Humps". Who wants that junk. Leave it on Sirius Hits.

XM is better. Their 90's station blows away Sirius. Even their 80's station is better. Sirius 80's plays too much melow songs and when I put it on I usually hear the same 20 songs over and over again. Also Sirius dance stations are terrible. Two of them are not even dance and The Beat plays too much pop remixes.

XM's 90's has a much deeper playlist including R&B, Hip Hop, CHR, AC, etc and seems to be locked in the 90's.

The Pulse is mainly CHR/AC of the 90's and today.

Agree with you there 100%. I can't stand that song anymore. Plus it's not even a 90's song... what's up with that??

> XM is better.

I have to strongly disagree with you there, I have access to both Sirius and XM and overall... I think Sirius has better Hip-Hop stations and better House stations. But XM does have more variety in music channels that Sirius doesn't have yet... (How about an all Reggaeton channel Sirius??)

I feel XM 80's plays the same 20 songs also. I don't know about all mellow songs though..

I agree Sirius should have more channels in their Dance lineup.

The same damn thing as BPM! Too commercialized for me..

That's because The Pulse is a Hot/Modern AC.

Exactly! That's why I don't understand why people are perplexed when "My Humps" comes on after "Counting Blue Cars"...

I must say, though, I'd love to see a 90's format on Sirius.

To defend the Pulse (a little) it does say it is the '90's & now', which yes, is a Hot AC.

That sucks! I swore I would never turn into the people that bitched about how all the '80s channels' sucked, but now that someone is doing a 90's station, I feel soooo let down. I grew up in the 90s, and I would love to see a channel that did a good cross section of pop, rock, hip hop, dance, r-n-b from the 90s.

Ahhh well. Ill just load up the S50 with mp3s that I like from the 90s.

Agreed, The Pulse is not that channel (as others have alluded too). XM does a pretty good job of what you mentioned above on the 90's on 9.

It would be nice to see Sirius do the same as I am also a fan of ALL of the 90's.
