Have noticed no PJ or Priestly on the air for the last couple of days... and bios gone from the site. Might they be part of the launch lineup for Flight 26, or Hitlist?

I'm sure since they launch a week from today. Priestly is the music director for the new channel so i'm sure he's starting to get all of that ready, and PJ is jocking on one of those channels too, so give them a week to adjust to the new channels.

Priestly will be jocking (as well as being the Music Director) on 20 on 20 and PJ will be jocking on Flight 26.

Additionally, Kurt Gilchrist is taking over from Mike Abrams as PD of '90s on 9, adding to his duties as PD of '70s on 7. Gilchrist prefers to run '70s on 7 as a jockless iPod on shuffle play most of the time, so that may be the fate of '90s on 9.

Since the middle of March, the 70's channel has been programmed by John Clay (from the Phoenix area) and the 80's channel by Rick Stacy (NY & Miami). Kurt is the 90's PD and Senior PD of the Decades Channels.

Honestly 90s on 9 has sucked since Kane left for WFLZ. XM's music channels are horrific compared to Sirius, its almost like the two companies switched programming philosophies. The decades channels should be like stepping into a time machine and hearing how radio sounded on Top 40 durring those years. If it wasn't for MLB & now 700WLW I'd probably switch to Sirius.

I noticed it has sounded more mainstream lately and a less limited play on what scored big on the CHR/Rthymic charts. The decade channels are holding stable, like the 50's on 5, and the 60's is still one of the finest programmed, even after Cleveland Wheeler left.
Yes , there's been things that has gone little stale , like the 80's on 8. it's too many 80's wanna be's. They need to liven the sound and playlist, and imaging a bit. Yes, play the obsure hits, but there leaning more on obscure then the obvious. The 70's, it's always been that way. Yes they can use some 70 sounding jocks on there and specialized programming and chart countdowns like the 60's, but that hasn't happened since day one. The same mostly for the 80's.

And not to change the subject....but this is where I can catch you on this since we had a discussion way in the past before on the Internet board. You use "Station Playlist" for stream casting right?, I just wanted to know if it's been compatable with LIVE 365 for you. If it is....what are you doing to make it DCMA compliant. If we need to, you can answer me on the Internet board or I'll e-mail you.

9-0 Retro

AFAIK, Jon is now doing a 90s dance mix show "Backspins with Bouche" on BPM - XM 81 at 12 Noon - 2 PM ET Saturdays. I recorded the second hour on my MyFi and listened to about half of it so far. It's fairly similar to the old show on XM 9; I would think most people who liked "9-0 Retro" would be happy with "Backspins" on BPM.
