Does anybody know what they are doing with the 90's? I heard an announcement twice today that they are going to make some changes starting on Friday at 12 noon...Eastern time.... So, what are these changes? I hope they are not getting rid of the 90's like they did on Sirius....

It's done. And it's a crock of (BLEEP). 4 years ago with the big 3 was amazing...I was hearing all the songs from back in the day and they were doing funny bits. Then they lost their jocks. Then the music started to slip. Now they're axing the whole shebang.

As much as I want to dump XM, I can't...cause then I wouldn't be able to give insightful and thought-provoking commentary on it ;)
______________

My hunch:

This is supposed to happen on 9/2 at noon... going into Labor Day weekend.

Which means they're going to do something for the holiday weekend, but they're messing with us.
______________

The tease liners are saying there will be "Change" coming to 90s on 9. They're saying it in a joking matter and are not mentioning anything about it.

My guess is a DJ shuffle or maybe a new program

If it is a real format flip, I'm not going to make any guesses. But I'll be listening closely.
______________

Re: Channel 9 JACK XM???

I saw a couple promos for Underground 90s maybe spin that into its own channel and move the 90s in with Kiss as one channel?

My money is on Special X popping up on the 9 for the holiday weekend, then returning to normal on Tuesday.
______________

The house thanks you for playing and encourages you to come back and play often.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Could this be part of the reason they haven't run IT lately? This also brings to mind a rumor I read on here a few weeks ago about the playlists on the decades channels being "tightened." God, I hope they don't ruin my '50s and '60's channels. The decades channels are one of the main reasons I got XM in the first place.
