90's Weekend!

Mix 94.1 in Canton and New 102 in Cleveland are both doing an all-90's weekend coming up tomorrow through Sunday.

Surprised to see that decade pop back up in form of a weekend program or theme. Are the 90's becoming more popular music-wise lately?
 
It's about DAMN time the 90's get recognized! I always hear 80's weekends now time for 90's weekend.
