The Houston listing on their site also indicates another 91.3 in Barker (West Harris County.) I assume this is K217DP, which the FCC database shows as being licensed with 248 watts. Service area indicated here: http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/FMTV-service-area?x=FX621059.html
Can anyone in the indicated service area hear this if it is actually on the air? Probably gets clobbered by co-channel KPVU in many places. No chance of hearing K217DP at my Cy-Fair location.
I was able to pick it up in Pasadena over the weekend, but just barely.
The signal was weak, the audio was not that great, and the overall volume was pretty low.
