91.3 asian radio???

i was just scanning my dial today and came across 91.3 asian radio right here in league city. Does anyone else hear it? Any chance of a pirate?

I'm not sure about "asian radio"... you should be hearing 90.1 KPFT, they have a translator on 91.3 in Kemah.

Sounds like a asian pirate station

The Houston listing on their site also indicates another 91.3 in Barker (West Harris County.) I assume this is K217DP, which the FCC database shows as being licensed with 248 watts. Service area indicated here: http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/FMTV-service-area?x=FX621059.html

Can anyone in the indicated service area hear this if it is actually on the air? Probably gets clobbered by co-channel KPVU in many places. No chance of hearing K217DP at my Cy-Fair location.

I was able to pick it up in Pasadena over the weekend, but just barely.
The signal was weak, the audio was not that great, and the overall volume was pretty low.
