They're already listing it on their website as a place to hear the station. Given that NIPR has been trying to sell for quite some time, I suppose it's possible they're buying it.
 
NIPR sold WCKZ to WLAB back in mid-2010... the meeting being announced on the Star website is probably a form of "community ascertainment," which they have to do periodically in order to continue to have a main-studio waiver for Orland.
