91.5 Bott Radio minor problem

I noticed that KSIV-FM 91.5 in St. Louis is in stereo, even though 100% of the programming is mono. Furthermore, they have their audio balance half-left, so the audio isn't centered. I messaged Bott Radio about it recently but no response.

Bott Radio also runs 101.5 translator in Kansas City in stereo, and they never fixed it despite my telling them more than once.
