91.9 In or Around Macon

Does anyone have info on this station? They seem to be an LPFM, and run paranoid-type programming (black helicopters, UFOs, new world order, etc.). They aren't listed in the FCC's database, so I'm assuming unlicensed.

I've heard that station a few times while pasing through...good signal between Macon and Gray...I never heard a call sign...last time I was through they were actually playing a great mix of old country and bluegrass, but yeah...I've heard some other more questionable programming on there. It sounded like it had the footprint of a typical LPFM, but there's no license...must be a pirate. Anyone up for an afternoon of direction finding?

Sounds like a plan...I suggest checking out Tiger Ridge in the morning prior to your afternoon of direction finding...

Interesting. I've never heard music on there. Most often it's the Derry Brownfield Show, weekdays during lunch, or some other such mess. Lots of conspiracy talk, short on facts and substance. Their signal hits north Bibb County well and is pretty clear into downtown. I'd guess southern Jones County, maybe...
