92.1 is a good small market station that serves the community well. A lot
of "suits" don't understand the difference (and yes there is a difference
arbitron boy) between large and small market stations. Anyone who says there
isnt is flat out incapable of running a small market station well.

92.1 WHERE?
 
Not anywhere near Chicago as there is a 50KW 91.9 In Minooka, IL. 92.7 in Kankakee, 92.5 in Dekalb, 50KW 92.3 in Hammond, and a 92.1 in Racine, WI.

Looks like Freeport, west of Rockford. Owned by Maverick Media...I think the format is country.

It's Classic Country. There's also:

92.1 WWGO in Mattoon, an AOR
92.1 WQKQ "KQ-92" in Blurlington, IA (Classic Hits), but is licensed to Carthage, IL
92.1 WZDM Vincennes, IN, a mostly satellite AC that also serves a chunk of Illinois
