Maybe he's saying that KTAR will have a new show between 3 and 4 (AM or PM?) starting July 4, 2030. I think Gerald will be at least semi-retired by then...maybe. ;D

Hey, that's not a bad idea - at least the Mr. Grudgemeyer part. Mr. Grudgemeyer would have been a GREAT talk host on radio! Pop a hole in his argument and he'd beat you down!

(For those of you who do not know about Mr. Grudgemeyer, more's the pity. You had to be there. More accurately you had to be HERE in Phoenix watching Wallace and Ladmo before about 1973 when Mr. Grudgemeyer was apparently "retired.")

Seriously though, maybe Pat can give us more fascinating topics like, "When will the first 100 degree day be?" oh, actually he can't because it hit 101 on Saturday.

"What do you think of this V.C.R. ? Are you using it? Will it last?"

"Movable type: could it really be possible?! How will this affect journalism, books?"

I can't wait for the segment where Pat has a travel agent on to tell us about the 'hot spots' for vacations.

Bobby Joe Trouble was great too, especially the way he scared Ladmo.

Boffo taught us all about Bipolar Disorder too.

Someone obviously coached them after yesterday. Today's show was actually pretty good. It's certainly not the Pat McBland Show. It's very different for KTAR.

No sarcasm. I think they should have left Pat alone. I know I'm the only person in the world who has that opinion.

I think the new show is too fast and just not a KTAR type show. It sounds too young.
