So rumor has it that Hot Hits 95.7's Mo Bounce is heading out of Houston! CBS Houston to CBS NEW YORK????? Where else would he go besides his home town of NEW YORK?! Moving to the Big Apple is kind of a big jump can he handle it? He knows the city better than anyone, but does he have what it takes? New York is a whole differnt ballgame. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I also heard through the grapevine that WFLZ's night guys Ratboy and Staypuff are hangin in Philly waiting to make a trip.... Could it be??? Ratboy and Staypuff NIGHTS on the NYC's new 92.3 NOW FM?! Is that the line up you really want to go head to head with one of the top stations in the country??? I can't wait to see how this all pans out... good luck to all those involved. MO BOUNCE congrats.... Ratboy and Staypuff congrats ..... NOW FM's secret weapons are not so secret anymore... I hope you chose the right guys to do the job.... only the best in radio can win in a market like NYC...
 
Another "secret weapon" is the fact that they do not have Ryan Seacrest in the mid-day!! Hopefully they will have a real show in the mid-day..If they have a local show I don't see why 92.3 wouldn't be able to beat Z during the mid-day
 
Ratboy and Staypuff used to do nights at Q102/Philly, and so did Mo Bounce. Would be great if they could get The Freak Show out of Pittsburgh and into NYC. It would be cool to have Q102's former night show hosts run 92.3.
Are Ratboy and Staypuff still on the air in Tampa?
 
why do I see a War like Kiss 95.7 and KC 101 here in CT coming to NY... the difference is these two stations are owned by the same company
 
Basically anybody that's buddies with Dom Theodore (CBS/VP Programming) could be NYC bound. Channel 95-5/Detroit's Big Boy was sandwiched in between Dom Theodore and Kid Kelly (PD frontrunner?) in last night's All Access Action.

I could also see...

Mojo/Channel in Detroit
Tic Tak/formerly Channel in Detroit
Kane/Hot in DC

...on the short list. Mo Bounce, not so much.

Nice theory except that 24 year old females like Ryan, and his numbers are very good at Z. Their audience doesn't care about "local" and more importantly, the think he is.

That Rumor is false. Mo is not part of the flip.
