92.3 The Fan Musings

With Dustin leaving the afternoon show they will probably have to shuffle up the hosts a little. With that in Mind here is my idea:

6am-10am- Carmen and Lima--Great show with Great Chemistry!! They balance opinions well

10am-2pm- Baskin and Phelps--They are staples there and a great alternative for when the RBS goes off sports

2pm-7pm- Nick Wilson and Jonathan Peterlin--While personally I am not a huge fan of Peterlin he does have a young kid and it would probably be a better schedule for him to see his kid and help out his wife!

7pm to 11pm/midnight- I would give Danny Cunningham the slot. He is great when he fills in at the station, has great sports takes, and isn't as abrasive as Wilson and Peterlin. Moving him with wilson, i feel, would be a disservice to him.

11pm-midnight- I feel they will keep the recap show as a cost cutting move. I hate that they did that but i get it!

I would not be surprised if 7 to Midnight becomes syndication. That would make sense with cost cutting taking place with Audacy.

I do not like that you put this out there as it is sadly a reality. I have heard that the newer hosts at the channel aren't TOO "expensive" so too speak but probably make more than running a syndicated show. That is obviously why they got rid of weekend programming other than the 3 hour block they run on saturdays and Sundays! But their ratings do go up across the board during browns season and i feel a syndicated show would lead to lower ratings.

No, no, no... please not Peterlin!! The guy grates on my nerves, not sure why, I'm sure he's a nice guy and all. I wouldn't be able to listen to 5 hours of him. Give the gig to Cunningham or Spencer German. The new guy Jake Vulnick (sp?) is also an up and comer.

Nick Wilson and German do a "Sons of The Shoe" Buckeye-oriented podcast together, so them teaming up in afternoon drive isn't far fetched
