92.3 The Fort gets The Rockin' 80s!

I'm glad to note here that Fort Wayne is rockin' with Zander (or is it Xander??) and his MOST EXCELLENT CREATION: The Rockin' 80s!!!
I've been tuning in to WRSW in Warsaw from my place in FW (not hard to do...) just to hear this show. (and WRSW and WFWI are under the FedMed roof, I believe...)

If you are a hair metal/mullet sportin'/slammin' off the neighbors' walls at midnight kinda guy like I am, then you need to check it out.
(I didn't look to see where else it plays in Indiana...those who hear it regularly are laughing at me right now...)
This is the kind of show that makes it ACCEPTABLE to stay home on Saturday when you're broke!!

The FCC says WRSW is owned by Talking Stick Communications, but I did notice that WRSW and WFWI have the same corporate address in Elkhart. Hmm...

I saw nothing in here with Mr. Richards' (legal) name. Juan Bodley made it sound like Mr. Richards owned part of the company, which does not seem true.

(Apologies to JB if I misunderstood his meaning.)

Im actually disappointed that no stations in my area carry this,, sounds like it could bring back some memories of my early school years when I was a Head Banger Rocker and didnt like POP Rap and Dance music at the time,,,, Well I take that back,, I did like some Dance Music and Quality pop at the time,, but didnt care for much rap... Keep in mind,,, at this time and at my age I hadnt been exposed to any Dance Music until 90-91,,,, until when Hoosier hot 96 debuted in Indy before their signal got nuttered, and taking trips to Chicago and listening to B-96 and in Miami it was Power 96... anyway back on topic,,,Soryy guys//// so I liked Hair bands instead at the times,, like GNR, Slaughter, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Twisted Sister..Alice Cooper, AC DC ETC... too many to mention... Id like to see Q-95 here in the Indy maket pick it up since it fits their format anyway, or even WJJK, but I doubt it since their owned by Corporate companys.. Not to Dismiss,, we all know,, Q-95 has alot of good people employed.

Yeah I guess I DID make it look like Tony Richards owns part of the company. Mr. Richards (according to the company website) is the chief operating officer. (I used to work with TR; he's a good guy in my opinion...) That I mislead the readers was not intentional... I just meant that with the Dille clan TR and crew were getting bigger all the time.
