92.3 WSGA

There was a bankruptcy:

http://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/getimportletter_exh.cgi?import_letter_id=18973

It appears receiver did file for a renewal in a timely fashion:

http://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/app_list.pl?Facility_id=64428

The FCC has in the past allowed some "slack" to receivers because of the amount of paperwork necessary just to keep the stations on the air, and it is a real headache to buy any bank owned property either commercial or residential, because the banks have so much to depose of.

I am not familiar with the law firm they are using, I assume Brooks, Pierce, ET. AL out of Raleigh NC has FCC experience.
