92.3's Most Awkward Programming Decision Yet

After the circus has pretty much left town (the dog and pony show of the prior debates), KTAR suddenly remembers they're NEWS/TALK - even after 7pm - and decides to simulcast the Bern vs. Hillary debate. Will they be simulcasting Trump's SNL gig, too? What in the Wide World of -- Wide World of -- er, something -- is going on at Bonneville where they're an on-again, off-again, on-again, after-7pm news station? Beer pong tournaments have more rhyme and reason than the increasingly erratic programming decisions of Bonneville as they raise eyebrows (again) with what should be normal programming decision for a NEWS station.

Pure posturing. TMISU have looked at what follows 12/31/15 and realize next year is Presidential Election Year. Newstalk stations are counting on beau coup dollars being spent, and KTAR wants them. So why not act like a newstalk station after 7pm? At least Bern & Hillary will provide relief from Beans & Rice!
