92.5 The Outlaw

This station has yet to show up in the ratings. It's time to flip this station to a Rhythmic format or something similiar to Jammin 105.9.

I thought they were getting sales from other cities other than San antonio now? I may be wrong though, I havnt been able to listen to them in a while. I dont think they have a good enough signal going into San antonio for a station like jammin 105.9<P ID="signature">______________

92.5 doesn't show up on the san antionio radio listing on radio-locator.com. Only in Divine. The signal is pretty bad in san antonio, especially on the NW side. 92.1 in New Branfules comes in clearer most of the time. There has been about four or five different formats on this station; KSJL, then to hot 92.5-hip hop, then KRPT-progressive talk-an FM lib talk station in a predominatly conservative area, and now The Outlaw-texas country.

I will flip back and forth between Jack and the Outlaw most of the time. Neither have done as well as I expected. The Outlaw though, seems to be selling to all of the outlying ares that receive the signal. Pizza Huts in Floresville and Chinese in Poteet. If this is the case, showing up in San Antonio's ratings are moot. Billing will rely on actual small town sales and will be good if the AEs are agressive. Probably the best move for this signal. Don't expect a flip.

Jack on the other hand is heavy on the Rock of the eighties. My wife and girlfreind both still prefer Bob. They aren't using the same model.

92.5 is a waste of signal for San Antonio IMO.

92.5 had better ratings with KSJL and Hot 92.5. Hot 92.5 would have given The Beat some good competition if it were on a better frequency.

Hot 92.5 was a good sounding station. KSJL now gets the same ratings with AM only that it did with the AM/FM combo. 92.5 was a non-factor. 92.5 is better off catering to the areas where the signal actually covers. As a rimshot the format is still refreshing and different, when it comes in.

I like the station, and especially like that live show they do from Floore Country Store...music and interview with whomever's playing out there....jerry somebody does it...good program, just wish a bigger station would pick it up so i could hear it better...anybody know anything about the program? is it syndicated or done by the station?
