They will have to move to another frequency. In fact, if they've been following the situation they may have already found an alternate since they got plenty of lead time. The 92.5 application took a pretty long time to be approved.
I believe the FCC now prohibits station moves that would silence low powers unless the low power either finds another frequency or goes dark voluntarily. I'm thinking the full-power station can also agree to accept interference from a low power in a situation like this one, but don't hold me to that.
