92.7 Joy FM Transmitter problems...

Message on the 92.7 Joy FM Website...

"January 12, 2006: 92.7 Joy FM has been experiencing some transmitter difficulties today. Please be patient with us, as we are working hard to correct the problem."

Does this mean they have been off-the-air?.. Im out of the area.. can someone fill me in?

My wife noted Joy FM's absence from the local airwaves Wednesday. They were still off the air as of yesterday afternoon.

ADDITIONAL: Nothing but static on 92.7 as of Friday morning...

92.7 Joy FM Transmitter problems... still?

Message on the 92.7 Joy FM Website...

"Joy FM Listeners: We are experiencing transmitter difficulties at this time. Please be patient with us as we are working very hard to correct the problem as quickly as possible."

Are they even on air? I was out near Summerset/Thornville this weekend and could not hear them (normally I can hear them in that area)

Their "webstream" is business as normal including their commerical load..

I don't know when they returned to the air, but they were back in operation by Monday night.

Ah ok, I hadnt been out that way since Saturday. Their website still lists that their having problems and I heard a spot from Dan on their webstream durning commerical break lastnite that they where working on fixing the issues at the transmitter site.
